Falgun is led by a Director and Project Management professional with more than 10 years of experience in traffic management, construction and infrastructure projects. Our management team has extensive experience planning, coordinating and delivering traffic management solutions across complex and high-risk work environments.
This experience includes working on major road, rail, utility, asphalt and infrastructure projects across NSW, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, stakeholder coordination and maintaining traffic flow around live work sites.

HUON Marshall Creek Bridge Replacement

Project: HUON Marshall Creek Bridge Replacement

Description: Bridge Upgradation

Status: Ongoing

Bridge Upgrade: Two-Lane to Four-Lane Configuration
The project involves upgrading the existing bridge from a two-lane to a four-lane configuration and is being delivered across five stages. The project commenced on 29 August 2025. Falgun is responsible for traffic planning, site installation, supervision and traffic management audits for the remaining stages of the project.
Project Progress:

Stage 1: Completed in November 2025.
Stage 2: Completed on 10 August 2026.
Stage 3: Commenced on 11 August 2026.
Stages 4 and 5: Remaining stages to be delivered in accordance with the project program.
Falgun continues to support the project through the planning, implementation, supervision and
auditing of traffic management arrangements, with a strong focus on safety, compliance and
maintaining safe access for road users throughout each stage of construction.

Falgun has provided experienced Traffic Management Personnel to support project teams with onsite traffic management, compliance monitoring and the safe coordination of works. Our services have included the installation and maintenance of permanent traffic signage, line marking, traffic switches and the implementation of new road alignments.

Our personnel work closely with project management teams, traffic controllers and other site
stakeholders to ensure traffic management arrangements are implemented safely, efficiently and
in accordance with approved plans, project requirements and applicable standards.

Falgun has experience working closely with SafeWork NSW and Bargo Council following a serious incident involving traffic management operations on Railside Avenue, Bargo.
Following the incident, Falgun was engaged to assist the client in reviewing and improving the traffic management arrangements and to support the project in meeting the required safety and compliance standards. Our team worked closely with the relevant stakeholders to develop detailed traffic management planning, implement appropriate controls and establish safe operating procedures to support the recommencement of works.
Falgun’s approach focused on identifying and managing risks to workers, road users and the local community, while ensuring that traffic management arrangements were practical, compliant and suitable for the site conditions
Our detailed planning and implementation were positively acknowledged by Bargo Council, particularly in relation to the improved management of risks to the local community and road users. This experience demonstrates Falgun’s ability to respond to complex and high-risk situations, work constructively with regulatory authorities and develop effective traffic management solutions that support the safe continuation of critical works.
